I HAVE RECEIVED BROKEN PACKAGE AND THE ITEM IN THE PACKAGE WAS NOT WRAPPED PROPERLY AND THE ITEM WAS NOT SECURED WITH THERMOCOL SHEETS OR CUSHION TO TIGHTEN THE ITEMS. IT MAY BE BROKEN IF THE PACKAGE IS LOOSE. PLEASE RECTIFY THIS ISSUE IN FUTURE. TEAM RESPONSE WAS GOOD.
